STEP 2
We will contact you to have you connect us with the individual you referred us to unless you gave them our contact info and they already reached out.
referral incentive
TOTAL REWARD: $1000 per referral

$500 paid when the referred property owner signs a management contract.

$500 paid after the referred owner has been with us for 90 days.

Payments are issued within 10 days after the qualifying milestones (contract signing and 90-day period).
Terms & Conditions
1) The referred property must sign a contract for full-service management. 2) If multiple people refer the same property owner, the first referral received will be honored. 3) No self-referrals or transferring of referrals. 4) The program is subject to change at PLH’s discretion.
